We had a blast last night at our very first parent-kid trainings! Thank you to the parents that participated and got a small taste of what class is like for your kids! We were pleasantly surprised at how well our parents handled the warm ups! Be on the lookout for the next parent-kid night! Thank you again, we have the best students around and we couldn’t ask for more supportive families!

Day 5 and last day of spring camp. It was a light jiu jitsu day today since we have some kids competing tomorrow at Jiu Jitsu World League. We repped our game plans for a little bit then it was beach time! We relaxed and played with our friends from Eastlake. Thanks Coach Vince for meeting us up!
Day 4 of Spring Camp! We hit the playground, had some jiu jitsu rolls then fueled up on some pizza for our adventurous hike to the Rancho Peñasquitos Waterfall. It was a high energy fun-filled day. Thanks @crjmp82 for being our hike chaperone today! The kids were absolute super troopers.
Day 3 of Spring Camp! Running drills this morning at Del Norte High consisted of Indian runs, relay races, hurdles, and 20/30/40 yard dashes. We had a couple visitors so we helped our friends prepare for Jiu Jitsu World League by doing some rounds. Finished off the afternoon with arts and crafts galore with slime and perler beads. It was a fun and competitive day. Two days left in the week to drop in and have fun!
