Bring your toddler to Coach Derryck's class. His classes are fun and his jiu jitsu themed games will have your toddler coming back. 

Kids Basic

Introductory and basic movements for kids ages 5 and up. 

Kids Advance

More challenging movement for your child to up their game.

Self Defense

Come and learn basic self defense moves with Coach Jason. 

Cardio BJJ

Thursdays
7:30pm - 8:30pm

Up your jiu jitsu game by taking this cardio class. Designed to supplement your jiu jitsu by improving your endurance and mobility.  Even if you don't practice jiu jitsu, this class will fulfill your cardio needs.
